• Take the utmost care in handling and displaying the selected work;

• Return the selected work in accordance with the instructions provided by the Association;

• Immediately report to the Association any damage to the work and not attempt any repairs of the work;

• Not make any changes to the work (including, without limitation, any framing of the work or modifications to the existing frame);

• Not transfer the work to any other party;

• Be financially responsible to the Association for any loss, destruction or damage of the work, including the cost of any repairs deemed necessary by the Association; and

• Be fully responsible for any works selected by any Child members sponsored by such member.
